That being said, I believe that it is important to have a schedule to follow week by week to need sure that we are able to complete important tasks, hardly I also know that it is easy to become overwhelmed if we go intot take some amount of time to relax. For the or so order in our lives, we must balance our scheduled tasks with forced time to unwind and release stress from the day or week. As Americans, we prioritize things that have to get done, whether its carrier bag to work for 10 hours every day, fixing things on our homes or vehicles, participa ting in sports, and many other things.
